~ A Dinner Party in the Lower East Side at Kalye Rivington ~
The Dinner Table is reserving a dining area at Kalye to host and curate an evening of lasting connections through our dinner party experience.
From the Kalye Team: Our name, Kalye, comes from the Tagalog word for "street." We chose this name to reflect our mission of bringing energy and life back into the streets of New York City by offering you a new way to experience Filipino food!
While serving delicious shumai, traditional lumpia, and inventive pork and ube sliders, Kalye doubles as an art gallery. Here, we showcase the untapped potential of local grassroots artists and those from the Philippines. By doing so, we hope to invigorate Kalye's patrons by displaying artwork from independent artists.
Agenda
- 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM: Mix and Mingle
- Come and meet with other Dinner Table guests, get to know who you'll be dining with!
- 7:45 PM - 9:30 PM: Family-Style Dinner with Kalye's Culinary Team
- Guests can switch seats between courses if you wish!
- 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Closing Announcements
- Closing remarks to conclude the evening.
- This is your chance to exchange contact information with those you've met!
Dinner Service
- Dinner service includes a 3-course meal served family-style for each guest.
- We'll be able to accommodate all outlined dietary restrictions.
- Each guest will also receive a complimentary glass of house wine or beer upon check-in with The Dinner Table
- Additional beverages can be purchased individually at the bar throughout the event.

- What is the general age range of your events?
- We encourage guests from all ages and backgrounds to attend our events. Our programming is tailored to anyone looking to meet others.
- Generally, we've seen the age range of our events to be between 25-40 years old. That's not to say anyone outside of that range can't attend!
- Can I come alone?
- Yes, we encourage it! Our goal at The Dinner Table is to create meaningful connections through cuisine and art. Many of our guests leave with new friends at the end of the evening.
- What is your refund policy?
- We understand sometimes things come up, and that's why we offer a full credit to your next event if you cancel 10 days before the event
- Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
- Yes. Our team ensures the restaurant's menus are flexible to account for a wide array of dietary preferences. During the dinner service, we will have staff take orders and dietary preferences on the spot.
